President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva inspected the conditions created at the "Aghdam Residence" residential complex on February 18.

The Head of State and the First Lady were briefed on the work completed.

Initial construction includes 6 residential buildings on a total area of 1.55 hectares. The buildings in the complex are 6 stories high, comprising a total of 11 entrances (blocks).

The Head of State and the First Lady toured the fully completed apartments in the residential complex.

Out of the total apartments, 45 are one-room, 108 are two-room, 48 are three-room, and 8 are four-room units.

Construction and installation works in the complex have been fully completed. To ensure comfortable living for residents, the complex will feature a park, recreation zones, social and domestic facilities, parking spaces, bicycle lanes, children's playgrounds, and sports areas, alongside extensive landscaping and green spaces.

It is worth noting that President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the residential complex on February 13, 2022.

Additionally, construction has also commenced for the "Aghdam Residence II" project.
