An Event Dedicated to HSE Results and Future Priorities Was Held at Chinar Plaza

An event dedicated to FMG's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) results for 2025 and priority directions for the upcoming period was held at Chinar Plaza.

The event was attended by the company's executive leadership, heads of various structural divisions, and team members, alongside special guests including Rufat Aliyev, Head of the Baku City Department of the State Labor Inspectorate Service; Alibala Alizade, Department Head at the State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations; as well as Turhan Sattarov, Director of the Baku Psychology Center; Narmin Osmanli, Psychotherapist at the center; and other distinguished guests.

The main purpose of the event was to conduct a detailed analysis of the previous year's results, share achievements in the HSE field, assess existing risks, and outline strategic priorities for 2026.

During the event, FMG's Commercial, Operations, and Financial Directors delivered speeches sharing their insights on the impact of safety and environmental risks on business processes, risk management mechanisms, and the importance of preventive measures. The Head of the Human Resources and Training Department provided detailed information regarding the role of human capital in fostering a safety culture, as well as the importance of employee awareness and continuous training.

Concluding the event, Ilham Allahverdiyev, Director of FMG, emphasized that a safe and healthy working environment remains one of the company's core priorities: "For our company, HSE is not merely a legal requirement, but an integral part of our operations, corporate culture, and sustainable development principles. The safety of our employees, partners, tenants, and the residents of the residential complexes we serve is always at the center of our attention."

At the end of the event, a group of employees who demonstrated high results in the field of HSE and exemplary compliance with safety regulations were awarded Certificates of Appreciation.
