Synergia Academy and FMG, in collaboration with the Azerbaijan Technical University and the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, presented a new program supporting youth career development. The program aims to assist university-educated Azerbaijani youth aged 18–30 in starting their professional careers and providing them with employment opportunities across various commercial and retail properties managed by FMG.

The opening ceremony commenced with a speech by Professor Vilayat Valiyev, Rector of the Azerbaijan Technical University. The Rector emphasized the relevance of such initiatives, highlighting the importance of adapting university curricula to industry requirements and deepening collaboration between academia and industry to support student career growth.

Following this, Professor Akif Gasimov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, delivered a speech noting that one of the main goals of higher education institutions is preparing competitive professionals who meet labor market demands. He underscored the significance of mastering required skills for each specialty and continuously developing strong ties with industrial enterprises.

Rena Efendiyeva, Executive Director of Synergia Academy, spoke about the company's scope of operations and the opportunities this program creates for young people. In her speech, she specifically noted that the "From Education to Career" program will enhance the professional readiness of young specialists and support their growth in a real-world work environment.

Ilham Allahverdiyev, Executive Director of FMG, stated in his address that the project aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Expressing his gratitude for the partnership, he emphasized that providing young people with career opportunities through this program will contribute to Azerbaijan's overall economic development.

It is worth noting that the "From Education to Career" program, as a joint initiative of Synergia Academy and FMG, aims to prepare local youth in accordance with modern professional standards and strengthen their long-term career prospects.
